22 novembre 2022 Lady Tata Memorial Trust International Awards - 2022

The Trust's International Awards are designed to provide support for research into leukaemia. Awards are available for studies of leukaemogenic agents, as well as the epidemiology, pathogenesis, immunology and genetic basis of leukaemia and related diseases. Priority for awards is given to those intending to move to other centres with a view to establishing scientific collaboration between laboratories. Applicants should complete the online application form between 1 January 2023 and 15 March 2023. The winner will be announced on 18 June 2023.

05 luglio 2022 MDPI Cancers Ph.D. Thesis Award 2022

Deadline: 31-10-2022
The Cancers Ph.D. Thesis Award is presented periodically to the student who has produced the best PhD thesis and made the most outstanding contribution to scientific and/or technological knowledge in the field of oncology. The PhD thesis should be original work and should be defended between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022.

The Canada Gairdner International Award recognises the achievement of five qualified scientists from any branch of biomedicine. Nominees should be individuals whose seminal discoveries and major scientific contributions constitute an original and significant achievement in biomedical science. Nominations in the field of translational research are welcome. Deadline: 01 October 2022

Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds (BIF) is an independent, non-profit, public foundation for the exclusive and direct promotion of basic research in biomedicine. The BIF PhD Fellowship aims to promote basic research in biomedicine by providing the best young, up-and-coming scientists with comprehensive support during their PhD phase. The award covers living expenses, books, travel and a dependency allowance if applicable. Deadline: 01 October 2022

Deutsche Krebshilfe (DKH) supports research projects with the aim of giving new impulses to cancer research and to improve treatment for cancer patients. The DKH is the most important private funder for cancer research in Germany. The DKH offers funding for young scientists or medical researchers under the age of 35 whose clinical or clinically relevant research concerns cancer.
